From Ballard Bridge - cross the bridge, take the Dravus St. exit to the right, turn right onto Dravus, then left onto 22nd Ave. West. 3007 is on the right side, a green house almost to the end of the block.
 
From Fremont Bridge - cross the bridge, turn right after the bridge onto Nickerson St. Go about a mile, watch for exit sign "15th Ave. W/City Center". Take that exit, which will put you onto 15th Ave. W headed south. Take the Dravus St. exit to the right, turn right onto Dravus, then left onto 22nd Ave. West. 3007 is on the right side, a green house almost to the end of the block.
 
From Queen Anne - Get yourself to 15th Ave. West. Come into Magnolia on Dravus St. Turn left onto 22nd Ave. West. 3007 is on right side, a green house almost to the end of the block.
 
From downtown or points south - take Elliott Ave. headed north, (or from West Seattle take Western Ave. exit off 99.) This becomes Elliott Ave. Rather than taking Magnolia Bridge, continue north to the Dravus St. exit, landmarked by a Shurguard Storage. Take the Dravus St. exit to the right, but turn left onto Dravus, then left onto 22nd Ave. West. 3007 is on right side, almost to the end of the block.

From I-5 coming from the North - take exit #167 Mercer St/Seattle Center, turn right at the light onto Fairview, turn left at the next light, then right at the next light onto Westlake. Follow Westlake for a couple of miles, through SPU area, then take 15th Ave. W/City Center exit, which puts you on 15th Ave. West moving south. Immediately take Dravus St. exit, then turn right onto Dravus, and left onto 22nd Ave. West. 3007 is on the right side, a green house almost to the end of the block.

From I-5 coming from the South (points farther south than Safeco field) - Take the 4th Ave. exit, turn right at the light onto 4th Ave., then right onto Royal Brougham, then right onto 1st Ave. then take the right entrance onto 99 North, then take the Western Ave. exit, then this becomes Elliott. Take the Dravus St. exit (a right exit), then turn left onto Dravus, and left onto 22nd Ave. West. 3007 is on the right side, a green house almost to the end of the block.
